How to Create Projects Using Readymade Templates
Step 1: In your ProProfs Project account,

Click on the arrow next to the New Project button and select “Create Using a Template.”
Here’s a list of ready-to-use templates:
Step 2: Hover over the templates under the General Templates tab to pick one.

Get a preview of the template by using the “Preview” button.

Start editing the template by clicking the “Use Template” button.
Step 3: After selecting the template, the project editor opens, where you can add tasks and perform other operations.
How to Create Projects Using Custom Templates
Step 1: In your ProProfs Project account,

Click on the arrow next to the New Project button and select “Create Using a Template.”
Step 2: Go to “My Templates.” Here, you will find the list of custom templates you created using an existing project.
Step 3:

Hover over a template and click on the “Use Template” button to select it.

Click on the three vertical dots or the kebab menu icon to access some quick settings of the custom templates.
Step 4: Once you pick a template, the editor opens where you can do the following and more:
- Tweak the project name & task name.
- Create your workflow to build a customized project.
- Add users to your project and assign tasks to them.
- Track project progress on the go.
